Smart and easy
Standard includes:
- Exchange with no fee up to 1 hour pre-departure
- Refundable up to 7 days pre-departure for €25/£25/$40
- 2 pieces of luggage + 1 hand luggage
- Buy drinks, meals and snacks on board
- UK + EU plug sockets
Fare conditions: Change your ticket with no exchange fee up to 7 days before travel. You’ll only pay the difference in fare. An exchange fee of £30 per person, per journey, plus the difference in fare will apply if you exchange within 7 days of travel. Non-refundable.
Standard Premier

- Refundable up to 7 days pre-departure for €25/£25/$40

- A light meal and drinks served at your seat

Fare conditions: You can exchange your tickets free of charge or claim a refund at any point before departure on all routes. For trains between the UK, France and Belgium, we also allow exchanges or refunds up to 60 days after your booked departure.
