Enjoy complete freedom and flexibility
We know your plans can change at the drop of a hat, and that’s why Business Premier offers tickets that are fully flexible. You can exchange or get a refund for your ticket before and after departure when travelling between London and France, and London and Belgium.
If you’re travelling between London and the Netherlands, you can get a refund or exchange your ticket up until departure. You can also exchange your ticket to travel on one of our indirect routes from the Netherlands to London.
Dedicated priority lanes
Our dedicated Business Premier lanes close 15 minutes before departure in London, Paris, Lille and Brussels, and 20 minutes before departure in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Simply scan your ticket, then breeze straight through security and passport control.
Boarding guarantee
Wil je graag omboeken naar een vroegere of latere trein op de reisdag zelf, dan garanderen we een zitplaats, zelfs als Business Premier volgeboekt is.
Als je vergadering een keer uitloopt of net vroeger eindigt, is dat dus geen enkel probleem. Kom gewoon naar het station en onze medewerkers regelen alles.
Deze boarding guarantee is helaas niet mogelijk tussen Nederland en Londen of terug.
Generous luggage allowance
Whether you're being whisked away for a romantic weekend or exploring the city with the whole family, there's no need to travel light.
Each adult can take three pieces of luggage up to 85cm long, as well as one small piece of hand luggage. Plus, there's no restriction on liquids so you can take your favourite toiletries (and a bottle of something bubbly for the journey).

*Customers can exchange tickets in Standard and Standard Premier as many times as they want without paying an exchange fee as long as tickets are exchanged 7 days or more before the departure time of their individual journey.
Where tickets are exchanged within 7 days of the individual journey:
- adult tickets – will incur an exchange fee per person and per individual journey in Standard (£30) and in Standard Premier (£40).
- child tickets – will not incur an exchange fee.
Tickets are non-refundable. Where tickets are exchanged for a higher-priced ticket, customers will need to pay the difference. Where tickets are exchanged for a lower price ticket, the difference in price will not be refunded.
**The analysis by EcoRes uses average CO₂ emissions per passenger travelling 1km. The calculations used 2022 internal data from the entire Eurostar-Thalys network (annual consumption of traction electricity, number of passengers transported, number of km travelled by these passengers), and CO₂ emission factors attributed to traction electricity produced in the respective countries crossed. For thermal cars, the emissions factor used is average for a combustion-powered car (averaged fuel) on a long-distance journey at 171gCO₂/km considering 2.2 person per car, taken from the ADEME (French Agency for Ecological Transition) Carbon Base. Calculations for the average CO₂ emissions per passenger for flights used combustion emissions from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) calculator, with additional upstream emissions data (WTT) based on DGAC (direction Générale de l’aviation civile) ratio of 22%. Non-CO₂ effects (condensation trails and cirrus clouds) were not taken into account. More information on eurostar.com.
